Shelby Is a driven hairstylist with a serious passion for hair, more importantly, a true passion for her clients. Shelby believes in continued education as the foundation to being a successful, and amazing hairstylist for her clients! Taking several continued education classes a year, Shelby stays on trend with and the latest and healthiest techniques and products to bring back to the salon to upgrade her guest experience. Part of what sets her apart is the trust she has built with her guests and continues to hold to a high standard. As a lived in color specialist, you’ll see her instagram displaying a large variety of Balayage, foilayage, and color melting. Shelby also specializes in IBE extensions, which is an incredibly comfortable, and healthy method of sew in extensions that effortlessly blend in with your own hair, and are custom colored to match your natural hair. CANCELLATION POLICY
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. LESS THAN 24 HOURS POLICY: Cancellations made within 12 hours, and up unto the appointment time booked, OR a "no show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked. Card is required on file at time of booking. LATE ARRIVAL: It is my goal to provide the best service possible to you with the allotted amount of time booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment due to this time bleeding over to my next scheduled appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At said point, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to another date. I appreciate, and am thankful for each and every client that sits in my chair.
